Please include the order number or invoice number and the word COMPLAINT in the subject line. Describe the defect in as much detail as possible and attach photos, a scanned proof of purchase and the warranty certificate, if it was included with the product.
If your complaint concerns the combustion function of a stove or fireplace, we require a scanned chimney inspection report and a report on the connection of the appliance to the chimney, including the flue gas path calculation. For stoves and fireplaces with a hot-water heat exchanger, we also require proof that the appliance was connected to the heating system by a professional company.
In our reply, we will send you information about the next steps and, if necessary, the address to which the claimed goods should be sent.
Warehouses differ according to the type of purchased goods. We have several collection points and warehouses, so the return address must be confirmed in advance.
